Web Design Process
CONSULTATION
Fill out the Project Inquiry Form and let’s schedule a call to be sure my services align with your project goals. We can discuss your project’s scope of work, a timeline, services, budget, and I can answer any questions you have.
PROPOSAL
If you’d like to move forward to booking your project, you’ll receive a detailed proposal, project deliverables and timeline, along with an agreement to sign. After the agreement is signed and deposit is paid, you’ll book your Strategy Session and complete a Design Questionnaire.
STRATEGIZE
Let’s discuss goals for your website. We’ll review your Design Questionnaire, images, copy, logos, and create a plan. We’ll review every page/section and each special feature. We’ll perfect your strategy, get into all of the details and identify areas that need attention.
BUILD
I’ll get to work on your website and we’ll be in touch during the process as you provide feedback along the way. There will be opportunity for revisions so you can refine the details and be sure the finished project reflects your vision.
LAUNCH
After your approval of the finished product, we’ll schedule a session to launch the website. I’ll walk you through the website, we’ll finalize payment and choose your Squarespace subscription. Your new website will go live.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
You will receive recorded training videos and a help guide so you can learn to manage the website independently. I will be available for a designated timeframe to answer any questions.
